Dr. Friedman was a gracious, gentle and generous man. We are forever indebted to him for his assistance. He had unfaltering love for his family, his patients and his work. He always had a mischievous sparkle in his eye, a quick wit, a crooked grin and a kind word. We are blessed to have know him. Rest in peace, dear friend. You will be missed.

I was just informed of Dr. Friedman. I was really sad to hear of his passing. He was a great man, very gentle, kind and cared about his patients. He was one of the best Doctors I have ever known. I'm going to miss the talks of medicine, he was very informative, and loved his jokes. Rest with God in peace my friend. May Adonai bless his family and give them strength. It was a great honor to have known you, Baruch Hashem Adonai. Shalom.

My family recently heard of Dr. Friedmans passing. He will truly be missed. I am 35 yrs old and Dr. Friedman was my doctor growing up. He was a great doctor to me and my two children. They are 6 and 8 and were sad to hear of his passing. They said Dr. Friedman was the best doctor. He treated his patients with kindness and passion. He took his time with his patients. Those attributes in a Doctor are hard to find. We will keep the Shlomo family in prayer. My family was truly blessed to have known Dr. Sholomo Friedman!

I just heard the news. My heart breaks for his family, including professional. He has been my childrens doctor since they were born. I enjoyed going to his Richardson office very much. He always made me giggle and although he usually had to give a shot to one of my kids they always hugged him by the time we left. My condolences go out to his wife and children, and all of his staff. He was a wonderful doctor.

Dr Friedman was one of those rare doctors that really took the time to listen to you, never making you feel like you were taking up his time. He was my son's doctor in Richardson and he was a great human being with a very kind heart and a true compassion for others. We pray for him and his family and for the women in his office. He will be missed

I just heard the news today of the loss of our much loved Dr. Friedman. I have three boys, Danny, Jake and Caleb and they all loved Dr. Friedman. He helped us through so much in the 15 years that we have been with him. Any time I thought something was wrong with one of my boys, the first thing I would say is "I will call Dr. Friedman!". I found out at childerens hospital that I had a very special Dr. and that we were in good hands. I knew if other doctors would say this, I had something special! But I already knew that because he would take so much time with my kids and would tell them how great they are. Dr. Friedman I will miss you very much and thank you for all you have done for my boys. WE will pray for your family.

I am very saddened to hear of Dr. Friedman's passing. This man loved all children. He was my children's pediatrician since 95 until his passing. One of my fondest memories of him was when he would come into the room and grab my kid's hand and kiss it. He trully will be missed. I don't believe they make doctors like that anymore. My condolences to his family and friends.

Dr. Feeidman and I were medical colleagues since 1982 when I started my Ob Gyn practice. I never needed him and he did no come to facilitate care of a neonate that I had delivered. His smile and demeanor was unparalled, his dedication and expressions of caring and the abillity to communicate with his patients and colleagues should be emulated by all whofollow in Pedriatrics. He truely was one of the "Real Docs" that walked the halls of Methodist Hospital. I will always remember him. May he rest in peace and may God be merciful to hi..

My prayers and condolences to Dr. Friedman's friend's and family. Dr. Friedman will be greatly missed by myself and my son. We have been with Dr. Friedman for about 2.5 years, ever since we moved to Texas from New York, and have loved him from the beginning. He worked so very hard, always. Rest In Peace, Dr. Friedman. And may your family be blessed with prayers.
We will greatly miss Dr Friedman. He was always loving on my kids. They have been going to him for years and even though he couldn't always hear what my wife and I would try to tell him, he would always reply with a smile. He was a good physician. He was always stern yet tender with my youngest, Chloie.

My condolences go out to his wife, his children and all of his staff. My family will be praying for you.

God bless you.
I learned today of Dr. Friedman's death and am so sad. Words can't express the love I have had for this man over the last 7 years. He took care of my two boys as if they were his own. I will miss him so much. So hard, in this day and age, to find a doctor you truly trust. I loved going to see him and the time he spent with me and my children. I always felt as though I his main concern when I was with him. It was such a blessing to know him. We love you Dr. Friedman...rest in peace,

I just received a letter about Dr. Friedman passing. I'm so sad and shocked as well as my children. Dr. Frideman has been their doctor since 1998. We will truly miss him. He was a wonderful doctor and there will never be one as nice, caring, and knowledgeable as he was.

Our condolences go out to his wife, his children and all of his staff.
Dr. Friedman has been our family's pediatrician for 32 two years. In that time, he has seen my brother and sister, four of my cousins, my son and daughter and me. We feel like Dr. Friedman is part of our family and we are so, so sad to hear of his passing. We enjoyed his funny sense of humor, his sweet smile, his loud voice, his kind words and his expert advice. When we were in his treatment room, he gave us 100% of his time and dedication. We never felt rushed or like our concerns didn't matter. It will surely be hard to find another pediatrician with his knowledge and wonderful bedside manner. We are blessed to have known him and our prayers are with his family.
When I told my children that Dr. Friedman their beloved doctor had passed they could not believe it. My daughter who is 10 was just asking me to take her to see him, they loved him so much. He was so caring, personable and trustworthy. I was Dr. Friedmans patient when I was a child and am so thankful that my children were able to experience the immense love and care that he showed them. Our family extends our sincere condolences to his wife and children. May God be pleased with him.

we first met Dr. Friedman when our daughter was 8 days old by chance, Cause the pediatrician we had came to see was full and he was walking to his office after lunch and saw my wife and I looking so lost. Being first time parents we did not know anything he took us to his office and took care of us. Now our daughter is 22 our son is 18 and our youngest son is 14 he had been our children's doctor until they out grew him, But just Feburary of 2011 our youngest son had to see him before going to our new family doctor ( who was recommended by Dr Friedman) for the last time. Yesterday we found out about Dr. Friedmans passing and all 5 of us had to pause for a minunte, But we know he is in a better place taking care of patients in heaven. Good bye and shlome Dr. Friedman thankyou for being there for me and my family.
I just got the news of Dr. Friedman's passing, he will be greatly missed. Dr. Friedman was a ONE OF A KIND DOCTOR, he had a special way with children and always made me feel he cared about mine. I will miss his kind and warm smile as he would come into the room and say "Good Morning, How Are You”? My children Nadia, Valeria, Viviana and Juan Jr. will keep him in their hearts as I will too. We are grateful to have had him in our lives and will forever cherish the special memories.

Our condolences go out to his family and to all of his staff.

I am just finding out about this sad news. This truly breaks my heart. My mom first took me to Dr.Friedman at the age of 7, I am now 27 years old and up until the closing of his office he was seeing my son. He also so my sister who is now 21 and my brother who is 16.My last visit with him was on Jan 27, 2012. I wish I would have known that would be the last time I would see him, so that I could tell him how great he was. Everytime I visisted his office he would rush in the offfice and say..."hellloooo how are you doinggggggg". When he checked my sons stomach he would say is "let me see the bellyyy." I know that I will never find another doctor as great as Dr. Friedman. He was truly an angel on earth. My condolences goes out to his family and staff.

My children and I are so saddened to hear of Dr. Friedman's passing. They have been patients of his for 10 years. His mood was always pleasant and gracious and he greeted us always with a big hello, a smile, and a handshake. I frequently told everybody any time I have taken my kids in for an illness, Dr. Friedman knew just what the problem was every single time. One thing he did was stress the importance of flu shots, I appreciate him for that. He always had encouraging words for each child: Darrell, Aspen and Aubreon. We loved him dearly. God Bless him and his family.

I just can't believe that my children doctor is gone. We loved Dr. Friedman and he showed all his patients love. He tried his best to help parents that did not have insurance. I just want to state to Ms. Virginia I truly enjoyed how you helped Dr. Friedman take care of my daughter and son. I just don't know where I am going to take my baby now. There is not another Dr. Friedman and I am just lost for words. Rest in peace Dr. Friedman because you truly worked hard for your patients. I wish I would have known about your passing to pay my last respects because the world deserved to honor you. God Bless your Family.

My family and I are saddened by Dr. Friedman's passing. When I told my daughter Alex she was very upset. Alex told my husband and I that Dr. Friedman was her doctor for so long that he was like family. When she was an infant and had to be hospitalized he would come to the hospital to check on her. Dr. Friedman was a kind and gentle man with a wonderful sense of humor. He will be sorely missed.

Dr. Friedman's family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Dr. Friedman,
You were a "Mensch" in the truest sense of the word. Having known your incredible background and the wonderful impact you had on so many lives remains a tremendous impact on me. One cant help but believe that you were one of G-d's very own "Lamed Vavniks". May your wonderful spirit go to live on in each of us as you rest in peace "Chaver". Dr. Friedman was my (and my 2 siblings) doctor from birth until I turned 18. He was a wonderful doctor that took very good care of me. I now have two children of my own and they both were patients of Doctor Friedman. I can still hear his strong confident voice now. He was familiar to our whole family and will be greatly missed.
